Rastriya Computer Sakshartha Samithi (RCSS) is recognized by both the Central and State governments of India. RCSS holds tax exemption granted by the Government of India. RCSS provides various computer skills and technical training to rural and urban youths in the southern states through its approved centers.

RCSS is the authorized training provider for Government initiatives: the Pradhana Mantri Kaushalya Yojana (PMKVY) by the Government of India and the Chief Minister`s Kaushalya Yojana (CMKKY) by the Government of Karnataka. It is also an empanelled organization of the National Digital Mission (NDLM) initiated by the Government of India. Having achieved ISO 9001-2015 certification, RCSS is dedicated to providing quality skill training and services to uplift rural youths in society.

History of Samithi

The Rastriya Computer Saksharatha Samithi is Established in 2009. In 2010 Govt. of Karnataka recognized our organization by announcing us as the State level Government Empanelled Institute for Computer Training as well as the Leading value-adding service provider in the field of Computer & Vocational Training.
