21st century
is an era of innovation and invention especially in the software field. The IT
has made this world as a global village. If we consider Indian context it is
not right to say, because here IT has not reached the common man. No doubt we
have vast human resource here in India, but lack of infrastructure made it
uneasy to lead them in the right directions. Now the Govt. of India has started
Computer Saksharatha Programme to guide and direct our youth in the right
perspective. In this way 'The Rastriya Computer Saksharatha Samithi'
has taken up the task joined with Govt. of India in bringing 100% computer
literacy moreover all over India.
Computer education must reach the doors of each and every citizen. For this The
Rastriya Computer Saksharatha Samithi(RCSS) has already established some
branches in the rural areas of Karnataka, Kerala and Maharastra and its mission
is to extend branches throughout India.
Let us remember the famous English poetic line 'Miles to go before I sleep'. It
is true to say that RCSS will not take rest before its goal. Moreover RCSS has
lot to do and achieve before its goal.
RCSS also proposes to give franchises all over India to create 'Computer
literate villages' giving an opportunity to the common people to understand
computers. Accept this programme and join with us in the nation-building
programme. This idea and project must reach the doors of each and every citizen
of India.
RCSS has specially designed this programme aiming the rural people to make them
aware of the computers. This is a golden opportunity and hence accept this
offer and get benefit out of it. We assure you that this programme will
definitely help you to build up career. It is my pleasure to welcome you all.
With Best Wishes,
Pravinraj S. Rao, Manjeshwar
